Renewal

1. You can apply for a Passport Renewal only if
   • You have in your possession your most recent U.S. Passport
   • Your most recent passport was issued not more than 15 years ago
   • Your most recent passport was issued when you were 16 or older
   
   

2. Please Note

   - If the requirements listed above do not apply to you please see requirements for New Passport.

   - If you have two (2) U.S. passports, second passports CANNOT be renewed. You must complete the second passport application process.



3. Authorisation Letter
   • An authorization letter with original signature from the applicant. Click Here
   • ABC Visa & Passport SVCS request form


4. One Passport Photo
   • Photo must be 2×2, color with a plain light or white background and show a full front view of face.


5. Travel Evidence
   • Copy of plane ticket showing foreign departure, OR
   • Copy of travel itinerary from the airline or travel agency

   • A completed and signed application form DS-82
   - You need to Click on Create Form at the end of filling process for DS-82 (as shown on the picture below)

8. Government Fee
   • a Check or Money Order of $170 , payable to the U.S. Department of State
