Processing time for passports quoted on this site are based on processing times provided by Department of State under normal circumstances. Processing time should be calculated starting the next business day of the date when we receive your documents in our office. The US Department of State may request additional documents and may delay and/or deny processing at their discretion without further explanations. ABC Visa & Passport Services will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to denial or delay in processing. No service fees, shipping charges or any portion thereof will be refunded due to delays or denial of service.

Upon confirming your order and service purchase on our website, ABC Visa & Passport Services proceeds to reserve a passport slot for your passport application with the passport office at the Department Of State. In the event you should cancel your order, you may be entitled to a refund.
If your passport and/or other supporting documents were received by ABC Visa & Passport Services and have already been submitted for processing to the passport office at the time of cancelation you will not receive any refund; however, if the submission has not been made and you cancelled your order after 24h from placing your order, you will receive a partial refund equal to the difference of any fees paid (Passport office slot reservation $65), return shipping charges, and a $25 processing charge. If you have not shipped your passport and other supporting documents and wish to cancel, you will receive a partial refund. You may cancel by using Cancel/Delete function in your account when logged in on our website or by speaking with our agents in our office.
